Craig Sigl is THE mental toughness trainer for kids and teens.
Craig’s unique brand of mental toughness is about helping kids develop the life skills of Focus, Confidence, Determination and Resilience through their participation in sports and activities.
In this day and age, it is no longer a luxury but a necessity to be able to compete and thrive in this increasingly competitive world and Craig’s methods have been fine tuned over the course of over a decade and 2,000+ clients in person and tens of thousands online worldwide.
Craig is an author, trainer and has been featured on NBC TV, ESPN, The Seattle Post Intelligencer Newspaper, Huffington Post
He is the creator of 12 Mental Toughness Training programs sold worldwide including his best-seller: “The Mental Toughness Academy.”
Craig’s work centers around his R.A.C.E. Formula system that leads all athletes to becoming fearless and courageous, especially under pressure. Craig has successfully worked with performers from 6 years old to 80 and from tee-ball to major sports MVP. 
In his 1 on 1 work with hundreds of kids, going deep inside their minds’, he has discovered what really makes them tick and how parents can best motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential in all aspects of their life.
He is very passionate about teaching others his unique methods for delivering peak performance to young athletes through his Mental Toughness Certification program having graduated 50+ students worldwide to date.
Born in 1963 and based in the Seattle area, Craig is still very active in his favorit
e sports: golf, softball, fishing and bowling. He is very proud to be the oldest on his softball team while voted MVP as well as led the team in batting average.
He is most proud of the countless moments when his students, parents and kids write or speak to him about how their lives’ have dramatically changed for the better since using his training.
